If you are not pleased with your Colloidal Silver Generator Kit, you have 30 days from date of initial ship to notify us to arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement. Refunded items must be in new condition containing all parts, accessories; etc. We will refund the full amount of the item. If you are not pleased with your E-PACK/Survival Kit in a Can, you have 30 days from date of initial ship to notify us to arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement. Refunded items must be returned with all their parts in their original packaging, unopened, and in new condition. We will refund the full amount of the item. Emergency Medical System

If you are not pleased with your Emergency Medical System, you have 30 days from date of initial ship to notify us to arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement. Refunded items must be returned with all their parts – including 3 Manuals and 1 Book plus 7 white papers (bonus reports) – in their original packaging, unopened (Tamper resistant seal must not be broken or damaged on vitamin bottles), and in new condition. We will refund the full amount of the item. We at American Lantern Press (ALP) have used safe and reliable components to assemble each PowerWhisperer and Sun Trek. You don’t need to “master” the detailed manual that comes with each unit but we do recommend you read it for all the many things the unit can do and how to use it with maximum ease and safety.

If you experience issues, problems or questions with your PowerWhisperer or Sun Trek, relax! Each unit is tested prior to shipment. We are here to assist with any post-purchase concerns. How long is the warranty period?

As per the written limited warranty in the User’s Manual, ALP warrants the original purchaser that the Power Whisperer/Sun Trek will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 180 days from the date of UPS delivery of the unit to the original purchaser. This Warranty is not transferrable or assignable. Most of the individual components have a 2 year guarantee above and beyond what ALP is offering. Please refer to the User’s Manual for detailed warranties and limitations.

If your Power Whisperer or Sun Trek malfunctions due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the 180 days warranty period, ALP will, at its election, repair or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The original purchaser shall be solely responsible for the cost of returning the Power Whisperer / Sun Trek, properly packaged, to ALP at 377 Rubin Center Dr., Suite 203, Fort Mill, SC 29708. How do I package the return of the Power Whisperer?

Contact our Customer Service hotline at (877) 371-1807 to notify us that you wish to return your unit. Send your Power Whisperer or Sun Trek properly packaged, shipped pre-paid and insured along with copies of the original UPS shipping receipt and a telephone number to the address below. ALP is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.

  1. *NOTE* Your item must be packaged in a well-padded shipping container/box. Please write us a short note describing what is wrong or what went wrong with the product. On that same note, please include the authorized RMA number and your return mailing address (No P.O. box please, as we cannot deliver this unit to P.O. Boxes). RMA number will be provided by American Lantern Press. Return with all original equipment, components, manuals, cables and documents.

Q. I changed my mind. Can I return it?

A. Most customers who call us with this question have not completely read the User’s Manual. The Power Whisperer / Sun Trek is easy to operate once you’ve read the manual and tried out the unit. It comes charged, completely assembled, and ready to use – we encourage you to give it a try. The first time you obtained a cell phone, a remote control, or the latest coffeemaker, you had to learn how to use an unfamiliar device. But once you learned to use them, you probably would never want to give them up. When your power goes out, we believe you’ll be very glad you obtained and learned to use a Power Whisperer / Sun Trek.
