Will the Power Grid Survive Another Polar Vortex?

In a recent article posted on the United States Chamber of Commerce website, Sean Hackbarth writes that the U.S. power grid might not survive the next big polar vortex. While the U.S. survived a nasty winter this past go around, more and more coal plants are becoming scarce, which is the main reason the lights stayed on in the past.
